PCA turns out for RedR’s annual event

PCA attended the annual RedR reception earlier this year to celebrate the charity’s achievements.

This year’s event was held at Institution of Structural Engineers, also known as IStructE, in Bastwick Street, London.

HRH The Princess Royal, President of RedR UK, was the reception’ special guest and speaker, while there was also a speech from RedR’s CEO Jo de Serrano, pictured above with PCA’s Paul Carpenter, Sophia Darke, Andrew Horton and Ross Carpenter.

RedR UK trains humanitarian workers around the world, giving them the skills to prepare for, and respond to, major disasters like earthquakes, floods, conflict, drought and the current coronavirus crisis.

PCA has supported the disaster relief charity for a number of years and raised more than £100 in last month’s Wear Red for RedR UK 2020 alongside our annual donation.
