Barrington House

This project involved the reconstruction of a penthouse apartment in Dartmouth with a new roof structure designed to span the full width of the main building to avoid any load paths down through the refurbished lower levels.

A principal steel-framed truss, with timber ply web beams to support new roof, was designed creating a large open plan penthouse with cantilevered balcony.
